The International Society of Atopic Dermatitis (ISAD) has issued instructions for researchers and clinicians whose abstracts have been accepted for presentation at ISAD Beijing 2026.
According to the notice, authors must confirm their presentation slot and proofread their submission before the first deadline on September 30, 2026. A second deadline, October 9, 2026, applies to uploading the required presentation files once the platform is ready to receive them.
To complete the process, presenters are asked to sign in to platform.isad.org using the submitter's account, which may differ from the presenter's account. An Access Recovery option is available for those who need to reset their password.
After logging in, users should click the red 'my BEIJING 2026' button at the top of the page, then select their abstract title to open the submission page and complete a to-do list. This includes confirming acceptance of the presentation slot and, for poster presenters, indicating scheduling preferences if their slot is not yet displayed, by ranking the three event days in order of preference.
Presenters must also finalize their submission by approving it for publication or leaving a comment if changes are needed. The final step involves preparing and uploading two required files in line with the presentation guidelines before the October 9 deadline.
ISAD noted that presenters needing documentation for leave or travel authorization can download an official Letter of Invitation from their dashboard, but clarified that this letter is not suitable for Chinese visa applications.
For assistance, ISAD advised participants to use the comments section at the bottom of their abstract page, stating this is the fastest way to receive a response from the organizing team.
